Reesa was established over 5 years ago with the objective of providing our clients with honest and objective advice whilst being viewed as the go-to thought leaders within commercial real estate transactions. Reesa has recently merged with OCO who have been at the cutting edge of flexible serviced space provision for the last 4 years to further strengthen our offering to the occupier.

Piers Barttelot Mrics
Piers has been in the property industry for over 20 years. For the first 10 years he acted for blue chip occupiers and developer landlords in one of the biggest real estate practices globally, learning his trade. Read more.
Piers wanted to further progress his career and moved with the firm to the Middle East to set up leasing operations in Abu Dhabi.
After 2 and half years Piers was approached to head-up commercial leasing and asset management for one of the world’s largest Sovereign wealth funds where he was responsible for leasing 1.9 million sq ft of office space. It was here that Piers saw the disparity of advice provided to landlords and tenants, realising that tenants on the whole receive sub standard advice compared to landlords.
Piers wanted to practice what he preached and set up Keystone CRE, a tenant only consultancy in London, which later merged with other like-minded professionals to form Reesa.

David has worked in commercial property for over 20 years specialising in central London offices and corporate real estate strategy. He is an expert in serviced offices and coworking spaces. Read more.
Beginning his career in the City of London he trained with one of the UK's leading large practices and became a member of the RICS and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
He has a wide basis of experience including being a Director of a Capital markets team buying and selling income producing buildings and development sites across the UK. Also he's undertaken multi-site corporate real estate assignments for FTSE 100 companies driving shareholder value and cost saving activities.
In 2009 he founded his own Tenant Representation company which focused on the London SME market and became successful in the growing serviced office market. In 2015, through a merger with Keystone CRE Reesa was formed to meet the demands of modern occupiers.
